Ingredients
| 1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets | ||
| 2 cups diagonally sliced carrots | ||
| Blanched almonds | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Coarsely ground pepper to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan boil salted water and cook the cauliflower and carrots for about 15 minutes till tender.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) In a nonstick skillet cook almond over moderate heat for about 1 minute
4) Remove from heat and mix lemon juice.
5) Pour lemon and almonds over the vegetables.
6) Sprinkle pepper on top.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
