Almond Crisp Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All-purpose flour - 2/3 cup | ||
| Heavy whipping cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blanched almonds | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
MAKING
2 In a medium size saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, honey, flour, and cream over medium heat.
3 Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until smooth.
4 Cook for about 1-1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
5 Remove from the heat.
6 Stir in the almonds.
7 On a nonstick cookie sheet, spoon tablespoons of the mixture allowing about 2 inches space between each.
8 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a rich golden brown.
9 Remove and let cool on wire rack.

10 Serve as desired.
