Almond Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half and Half | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), chilled |
Directions
In a pan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
Place over medium heat and, stirring, heat until gelatin dissolves.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in half-and-half and almond extract.
Pour into 6 small serving dishes and chill until firm (at least 4 hours).
