Almond Couscous Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Margarine/Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Quick cooking couscous | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (uncooked) | |
| Almonds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced |
Directions
Heat chicken broth and margarine to boiling in 1-quart saucepan.
Stir in couscous and almonds.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in couscous and almonds.
