Almond Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 4 Cup(16 tbs), finely shredded | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), diced | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), slivered | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Light cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprikamakes - 4 servings. | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix vegetables and chill.
2. Mix well adding remaining ingredients except paprika just before serving.
SERVING
3. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
