Ingredients

 Icing sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Almond paste1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Semi-sweet chocolate8 Ounce
 White almonds24

Directions

Sprinkle a clean, even surface with icing sugar.
With a rolling pin, flatten almond paste to a 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick rectangle.
Cut into 24 small squares.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Using a fork, dip squares in melted chocolate.
Drain on a cookie sheet.
Decorate with an almond.
Let chocolate harden.
