Almond Chocolate Treats Recipe
Ingredients
| Icing Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond paste | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 8 Ounce | |
| 24 white almonds | ||
Directions
Sprinkle a clean, even surface with icing sugar.
With a rolling pin, flatten almond paste to a 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick rectangle.
Cut into 24 small squares.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Using a fork, dip squares in melted chocolate.
Drain on a cookie sheet.
Decorate with an almond.
Let chocolate harden.
