Ingredients

 3 cups cooked chicken cut in dice, mostly white meat
 2/3 cup chopped sweet pickles
 Blanched almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seedless grapes1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

1.
Mix together the chicken, pickles, almonds, and grapes.
2.
Blend the mayonnaise, salt, and vinegar.
3.
Stir the dressing into the chicken mixture and toss lightly.
Chill.
4.
Serve the salad in lettuce cups and garnish with watercress, stems removed.
