Almond Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 9-ounce package frozen French-style green beans | ||
| 1 8-ounce package wide noodles | ||
| 1 8-ounce carton plain yogurt | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked and cubed chicken | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Slivered almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cook beans and noodles separately, according to package directions; drain well.
In bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, wine, salt, parsley, dill, garlic powder, and dashpepper.
In 3-quart casserole layer half of the noodles, beans, chicken, almonds, cheese, and yogurt mixture; repeat.
Bake, covered, in 350° oven 45 minutes.
