Directions
Add flour, salt and almond extract.
Mix very well.
Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll in sugar, Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet and press flat with bottom of glass or cookie press dipped in sugar.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 12-15 minutes.
Bake just until edges are light brown.
This is a great recipe for kids to help make.
They call them smash cookies.
