Ingredients

 
4 1/2 cups (1 1) unbleached white flour PA cup (415 ml) Hazelnut Flour
 
1 tbs (15 ml) sea salt
 
4 tbs (60 ml) baking powder
 
2 1/2 cups (590 ml) unsalted butter, melted
 
3 cups (720 ml) sugar, fructose or sucanat
 
10 free-range eggs, beaten
 
2 cups (480 ml) buttermilk

Directions

Mix flour, hazelnut flour, salt and baking powder.
Combine butter and sugar, mix well, then add eggs and buttermilk.
Combine dry ingredients with buttermilk mixture.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
