All Seasons Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Italian salad dressing | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | To Taste (Few Grains) | |
| Elbow macaroni | 8 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Cups) | |
| Diced cooked chicken | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Bacon | 1⁄2 Pound, pan broiled and crumbled | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 2 , chopped | |
| Chopped pimiento | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, diced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Avocado | 1 , peeled and sliced | |
| Curly endive | 1 |
Directions
Mix together in a bowl the sour cream, salad dressing, salts, and pepper; add macaroni and chicken and mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Add bacon, eggs, pimiento, and tomato to macaroni; toss lightly.
Turn into salad bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado slices.
Garnish salad with avocado and endive.
Additional bacon, chicken, eggs, pimiento, and tomato may be used to garnish, if desired.
