Ingredients

 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian salad dressing1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
 Elbow macaroni8 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Cups)
 Diced cooked chicken1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Bacon1⁄2 Pound, pan broiled and crumbled
 Hard cooked eggs2 , chopped
 Chopped pimiento1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Tomato1 Large, diced
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Avocado1 , peeled and sliced
 Curly endive1

Directions

Mix together in a bowl the sour cream, salad dressing, salts, and pepper; add macaroni and chicken and mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Add bacon, eggs, pimiento, and tomato to macaroni; toss lightly.
Turn into salad bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado slices.
Garnish salad with avocado and endive.
Additional bacon, chicken, eggs, pimiento, and tomato may be used to garnish, if desired.
