All Green Vegetable Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 boil in a bag pkg. (about 9 oz.) diagonally sliced green beans in butter sauce | ||
| 1 boil in a bag pkg. (about 10 oz.) lima beans in butter sauce | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Zucchini | 1 Pound, sliced | |
| Snipped parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook the green and lima beans following package directions.
Do not overcook.
Meanwhile, cook onion about 2 minutes in heated butter in a large skillet.
Add zucchini and toss until slices are well coated.
Cover, and cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in parsley, and then the cooked green beans and limas with their sauces.
Season to taste with seasoned salt or pepper.
Spoon into a warm serving dish.
