Directions

Soak the wheat germ in milk for 10 minutes.
Beat in the yolks and fruit.
Pour into 2 to 4 custard cups or recycled baby food jars.
Put the cups in a saucepan and add water to a depth of 1 1/2 inches.
Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the custard is set.
Remove the custard cups from the water, cool, and chill before serving.
The custard will keep chilled for up to three days.
