Ali Cat Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

 8 slices pumpernickel bread
 8 thin slices cooked pork
 8 slices Havarti cheese
 Lettuce leaves8
 1/4 cup Apple and Raisin Chutney
 Mayonnaise to taste
 Mustard to taste

Directions

Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
On half the bread slices, build sandwiches with slice of pork, slice of cheese, lettuce leaf and layer of chutney. Repeat layers, top with second bread slice and cut sandwiches in half.
Serve with potato chips and pickles.
