Ali Baba Noodle Cream Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup fine noodles | ||
| 4 cups consomme | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons grated strong cheese | ||
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| 1 cup cream or top of milk | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cook the noodles in consommé.
MAKING
2 )Take a pan and melt the butter in it.
3)Add the flour and grated cheese to it and mix thoroughly.
4) Beat the egg yolks along with the cream or top of milk before adding salt and pepper to it.
5) Add the consommé to the mixture and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently without letting it come to a boil.
SERVING
7) Serve it along with a dish of grated cheese.
