Alfredo Sauce with Salmon Recipe
|For salmon with alfredo sauce|
|Shallots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Smoked salmon||1 Pound, chopped|
|Heavy whipping cream||2 Pint|
|Tomato||2 , diced|
|Fresh parsley||4 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste (For Seasoning)|

Tame 1 pound of salmon cook it and add into shallots and cook it for 2 minutes. Take 1 cup of cream whip it properly and start adding into salmon slowly and stir continuously. Allow your cream to get thickened. At the end when you have added all the cream then your sauce will become very thick, reduce the flame to thick it more
Once you have prepared your sauce and it is thick enough then you dish it out on a square beautiful serving plate and pour all the sauce with salmon into it.
Take tomato and finely chop it and roughly chop the parsley. And garnish it with these chopped tomato and parsley and sprinkle the ground black pepper. And dish it up.
Always stir your sauce proper and do not allow it to burn. If you want add more flavors then you can add more flavors and seasonings.
