Alambre Steak Tacos Recipe Video

This is one of my favorite Mexican recipe, at least I have to eat it every 2 weeks. It’s easy and quick, one of the family favorites. The best part is the ingredients you can find them anywhere.

Directions

1. Cook the meat in a hot pan. When you finish with the meat, dice it and leave it aside
2. In the same pan fry pepper, onion and bacon, until the pepper is soft. Add meat, mix and leave it in the pan for a couple of minutes, so the flavors blend in
3. Serve with hot tortillas
