Ingredients
* ¾ lbs of ahi tuna, cut into chunks and minced in a food processor
* 2 scallions, sliced
* 1 tsp. ground ginger
* 1 tbsp. of tamari
* 1 ½ tsp of rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp of wasabi powder
* ¼ cup of light mayo
* Juice of ½ a lime
* 2 rolls, lightly toasted
* 1 tsp of peanut oil
Garnish: red onion mixed greens avocado slices
Serves 2.
Directions
Wasabi Mayo
Combine wasabi, mayo, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
Tuna Burgers
Cut tuna into chunks and quickly pulse in the food processor until minced.
Combine tuna, scallions, ginger, tamari, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Form 2 burgers the brush each burger lightly with the peanut oil.
On a hot grill or grill pan, ook burgers for 2-4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a toasted roll and top with onion, greens, avocado, and wasabi mayo...Enjoy!

I have been using this recipe for a year now, and EVERYBODY loves it! Including me! SO very delicious, and as a vege-pescetarian, these are the ONLY type of burgers I'll eat besides veggie burgers.
With one change; I can't get the taste right w. wasabi powder, so i buy the paste already made.
Plus, I add garlic too!
