Ahi Tuna and Grilled Vegetable Salad Recipe Video

Directions
1. In a bowl, add the diced ahi tuna and garlic olive oil and mix well. Let the mix marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Puree the tomatillos along with salt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
3. In a bowl, add the diced red onion along with 1 teaspoon of lime juice and orange zest.
4. Chop the asparagus and place on a plate.
5. Add the roasted bell pepper, avocado, marinated red onion, pureed tomatillos and the marinated ahi.
SERVING
6. Serve as an appetizer.
