After Game Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| 1 can small mushroom pieces | ||
| 2 tbsp. choy sauce | ||
| Rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Veal | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Pork | 1/2 Pound, diced | |
| Celery stalks | 7 , chopped | |
| Cereal | 10 Gram, buttered | |
Directions
Brown onions in skillet; add water.
Simmer 10 minutes, covered.
Add soups, mushrooms, choy sauce, rice and salt.
Place with remaining ingredients, except flakes, in greased baking dish; top with buttered flakes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Casserole may be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
