Afghan Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
| 425g can Cling peach halves | ||
| Half cup chopped dried fruit salad mixture | ||
| Orange liqueur | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Quarter teaspoon mixed spice | ||
| Shredded coconut | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Drain peaches, transfer to shallow dish. Combine fruit salad mixture, liqueur and spice. Place one spoonful of mixture on each peach half.
2. Combine coconut and honey, top peaches with mixture, cook on HIGH for three minutes.
