THIS IS VERY SIMPLE AND IT'S GOOD FOR APPITIZER

Ingredients

 Mushroom20 Large
 Ginger1 Inch, chopped
 Corn starch24 Gram
 All purpose flour30 Gram
 Tomato ketchup200 Gram
 Canola oil2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying)
 Garlic25 Gram, chopped
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Egg1
 Onion1 , sliced
 Cilantro1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
 Curry leaves5 (few as per taste)

Directions

Marinate mushrooms with curry leaves, corn starch, flour and eggs .Heat the pan with oil for frying. When oil is hot, add marinated mushroom and fry until it is crispy and golden brown. Take it out on a paper towel. Now heat another pan add some oil, let it heat up and then add chopped ginger, sliced onion and some garlic. Saute well, when its ready add some soy sauce and tomato ketcup. When it boils and is thick add the fried mushrooms. If u like spicy u can add chilly sauce or green chopped chilies. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
