Adraki Dhingri Recipe
You will love this Indian mushroom and ginger curry.
Ingredients
| Mushroom | 20 Large | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch, chopped | |
| Corn starch | 24 Gram | |
| All purpose flour | 30 Gram | |
| Tomato ketchup | 200 Gram | |
| Canola oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Garlic | 25 Gram, chopped | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Cilantro | 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped | |
| Curry leaves | 5 (few as per taste) |
Directions
Marinate mushrooms with curry leaves, corn starch, flour and eggs .Heat the pan with oil for frying. When oil is hot, add marinated mushroom and fry until it is crispy and golden brown. Take it out on a paper towel. Now heat another pan add some oil, let it heat up and then add chopped ginger, sliced onion and some garlic. Saute well, when its ready add some soy sauce and tomato ketcup. When it boils and is thick add the fried mushrooms. If u like spicy u can add chilly sauce or green chopped chilies. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
