Acorn Squash Stuffed With Ham And Apple Recipe
Ingredients
3 mediumsized acorn squash, washed, halved, and seedy centers removed
1 cup diced tart cooking apples
2 cups diced ham
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons chopped onion
Directions
Bake squash, following step 1 of Corn-Filled Acorn Squash.
Invert squash halves and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash cavities.
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes, or until apples are tender
