Acorn Squash With Sesame Seeds Recipe
I have to admit this recipe of Acorn Squash With Sesame Seeds is on my favorite list. This is the best recipe of Fruits I have ever made. You do not need to be a gourmet to gauge how delicious and flavorful this dish is.
Ingredients
3 small acorn squash
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Cut squash in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds and stringy pulp.
Place cut side down in baking pan; add just enough water to barely cover bottom of pan.
Bake 30 minutes; turn cut side up.
Meanwhile toast sesame seeds: Place seeds in a shallow pan.
Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
Brush squash with melted butter; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 10 minutes more or until squash is done.
