Achari shimla mirchi aloo by Chef Sonali Recipe
This recipe is a combined effort of my cousin Ranjana and me.

Ingredients
mustard oil - 1 tbsp
rye - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
saunf - 1/2 tsp
hing - sprinkle little bit
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
potatoes - 2
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
green bell pepper - 2
tomato - 1/2 chopped
Directions
Heat mustard oil for 1 min and add rye, cumin seeds, saunf, hing and kasuri methi. After 1 min add potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 mins. Now add green bell pepper. Let it cook till it is half done. Now add tomatoes and cook till done.
