 Hing1 Dash
 Kasuri methi1 Teaspoon
 Potatoes2
 Salt To Taste
 Turmeric powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Green bell pepper2
 Tomato1⁄2 , chopped

Directions

Heat mustard oil for 1 min and add rye, cumin seeds, saunf, hing and kasuri methi. After 1 min add potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 mins. Now add green bell pepper. Let it cook till it is half done. Now add tomatoes and cook till done.
