Abalone Hawaiian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried mushrooms | 4 | |

| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1-lb. can abalone, cut in 1-inch pieces; reserve liquid | ||
| 1 cup green onions, cut in 1-inch slices | ||
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Water chestnuts | 6 , thinly sliced | |
| Soy sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White wine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cover mushrooms with water and soak for 2 hours.
Drain and slice.
Heat broth and abalone liquid; add vegetables and simmer 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce is thick and clear.
