Sweet and Sour Vegetables Side Recipe Video

 Asafoetida1 Pinch
 Coriander powder1 Tablespoon
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Red chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Freshly ground black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Coriander leaves1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green chilies2 , split
 Tomato ketchup1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Siracha sauce1 Teaspoon
 Chili garlic sauce1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Green bell pepper1 , thinly sliced
 Yellow bell pepper1 , thinly sliced
 Tomato ketchup1 , thinly sliced
 Red onion1 , thinly sliced
 Green peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 French cut beans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baby corn15 Ounce
 Olive oil1 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Directions

Heat some olive oil in a saucepan and add asafetida along with green chilies. Now add Onions, bell peppers, peas, baby corn and beans. Stir to combine and let it sauté on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Once, the vegetable are a little soft, add tomatoes along with salt, pepper, chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Also add ketchup, garlic sauce and siracha sauce. Place the lid and let this cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the lid and add sugar (start with 1 Tbsp and adjust the quantity according to your taste).
Now add half of the coriander leaves, mix and serve. Garnish with the rest of the coriander leaves and enjoy it with Naan, Chapati, Bread, Rice and your loved ones!
