Mix together the buttermilk and siracha hot sauce (feel free to use any hot sauce). Pour this mixture in to a zip lock bag along with the chicken tenders. Seal the bag and allow this to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Soak the skewers in water. This will avoid them from burning.
Place each tender on a paper towel. Pat-dry them to get rid of the extra marinade. Now sprinkle each tender with a pinch of lemon-pepper spice. Turn them over to season the other side too. Now place each tender on a skewer.
Place the grill on medium heat and once hot, rub/spray it with a little oil. Now place the prepared chicken skewers on the grill. You want to hear the sound of a sizzle. Once done, turn the skewers to grill the other side of the tenders. It should take about 5 minutes on each side (cooking time may vary). You can use, both indoor and outdoor grill. In case you don’t have a grill, use the oven. Place the skewers at 350 degree for fifteen minutes and broil for two minutes on high.
