Ingredients

 
Onion-1 medium, halved
 
Green chili-1, halved
 
Green ginger-1 medium, grated
 
Coriander leaves-5 tablespoons
 
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
 
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
 
Potatoes-1 pound, boiled, peeled and mashed
 
Eggs -2 beaten
 
Breadcrumbs-as needed
 
Ghee- to fry

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Grind the first six ingredients.

MAKING
2)In a bowl, add potatoes and ground mixture together. Mix well.
3)Make 8 flat discs of the mixture.
4)Dip them in eggs and then into breadcrumbs.
5)In a pan, heat ghee and shallow fry them until light golden.

SERVING
6)Serve aloo tikiyas with chutneys of your choice.
