1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ lb white and brown mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbsp of fresh herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Take a skillet and add the vegetable oil. Add in the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the fresh herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. You can serve this as a side dish with your chicken or add it your salad or steak.
