Ingredients
1 7 ounce can crabmeat, drained
1 10 ounce can condensed consomme, undiluted
2-10 ounce cans condensed tomato soup
1 10 ounce can condensed pea soup
1 jigger sherry
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Soak crabmeat in consomme for 1 hour.
Mix tomato and pea soups with equal parts milk.
Heat soup mixture and add seasonings; stir in crabmeat with consomme and heat thoroughly.
