Heres another Tuna Casserole recipe that I like from Recipezaar -
Ingredients
8 ounces egg noodles
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, with juice
Instructions -
1. Cook egg noodles to al dente in boiling salted water; drain well.
2. Preheat oven to 325°F.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese.
4. Sprinkle reserved cheese over the top.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot.

Ok, here it is. Zucchini and Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 can of tuna (remove the water)
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* sour cream (according to taste and dietary concerns, I usually skip this)
* 2 c. sliced zucchini
* 1 diced small onion
* 1 chopped carrot
* 1 chopped celery
* ½ tsp. Dill
* salt & pepper according to taste
* Egg noodles, cooked & drained
* Some dry breadcrumbs
* 2 tbls. Margarine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Blanch zucchini, onion, carrot, and celery for 10 minutes and drain.
3. Place vegetables in greased 1-quart casserole.
4. Fold in tuna and noodles.
5. Combine soup, sour cream, dill, salt & pepper.
6. Pour soup mixture over casserole and top with breadcrumbs.
7. Dot top of casserole with margarine.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
