A B C Club Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained, and crumbled | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped radish | ||
| 1 7 1/2 ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
| 1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled, and finely chopped or mashed | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | 5 | |
| White bread slice | 15 , toasted | |
Directions
Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Stir bacon, celery, and radish into half the mayonnaise mixture.
Combine crab, avocado, salt, and remaining mayonnaise mixture.
Place lettuce leaves on 5 slices toast.
Top each with some bacon mixture, then another slice toast.
Spread on some crab mixture and top with another slice toast.
Secure each sandwich with wooden picks; cut into triangles.
Makes 5 sandwiches.
