A Cold Morning For Hot Peanut Cereal Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk or water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 1/2 cup whole wheat flour OR cracked wheat OR combination making 1/2 cup | ||
| 3/4 cup raw peanut meal | ||
| 1 1/2 tsp soy grits | ||
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Start heating the water and salt. Stir in the flour, peanut meal, and grits using a wire whisk to stir the mixture smooth. Add the raisins and honey.
While you are adding ingredients to the heated water the mixture will come to a boil. Turn the heat down quickly to avoid a boiled-over mess.
Cook the mixture uncovered over medium-low heat until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes depending on how thick you like it. Serve with milk.
