8 Shredded And 5 Ingredients Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1.5 Itr Chinese Stock | ||
| Root ginger | 15 Gram, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onion | 25 Gram, chopped | |
| 25 g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes | ||
| 25 g dried shrimps, soaked for 20 minutes | ||
| Onions spring | 2 , shredded | |
| Prawns | 3 Large, shredded | |
| Chinese Cabbage | 100 Gram, finely shredded | |
| 1 tspn sesame oil, to garnish | ||
Directions
Heat the stock in a wok or large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the ginger, garlic and onion.
Chop the mushrooms.
Drain and chop the shrimps.
Add the mushrooms and shrimps to the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded spring onions, prawns and Chinese cabbage and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
To serve, pour into warmed soup bowls and sprinkle sesame oil on top.
