8 Shredded And 5 Ingredients Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1.5 Itr Chinese Stock
15 g fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
25 g onion, chopped
25 g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes
25 g dried shrimps, soaked for 20 minutes
2 spring onions, shredded
3 large peeled prawns, shredded
100g Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
1 tspn sesame oil, to garnish
Directions
Heat the stock in a wok or large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the ginger, garlic and onion.
Chop the mushrooms.
Drain and chop the shrimps.
Add the mushrooms and shrimps to the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded spring onions, prawns and Chinese cabbage and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
To serve, pour into warmed soup bowls and sprinkle sesame oil on top.
