Ingredients

 1.5 Itr Chinese Stock
 Root ginger15 Gram, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Onion25 Gram, chopped
 25 g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes
 25 g dried shrimps, soaked for 20 minutes
 Onions spring2 , shredded
 Prawns3 Large, shredded
 Chinese Cabbage100 Gram, finely shredded
 1 tspn sesame oil, to garnish

Directions

Heat the stock in a wok or large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add the ginger, garlic and onion.
Chop the mushrooms.
Drain and chop the shrimps.
Add the mushrooms and shrimps to the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded spring onions, prawns and Chinese cabbage and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
To serve, pour into warmed soup bowls and sprinkle sesame oil on top.
