7 Up Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 8 02. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. sugar
4 drops green food coloring
1 bottle 7 Up
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cheese, pineapple, sugar, food coloring and 7 Up.
Stir in pecans.
Chill until partially congealed; pour into individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Stir in pecans.
