Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml) raw cashew nuts, unsalted
1 box cooked Quick Brown Rice Vegetable & Herb
1 cup (240 ml) cooked
7 Grain Cereal
2 cups (480 ml) soy milk
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 cup (180 ml) Wheat Germ
4 tbs (60 ml) Canola Oil
2 tbs (30 ml) soy sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt, optional
4 tbs (60 ml) minced parsley
1/2 tsp (3 ml) thyme
1/2 tsp (3 ml) ground celery seed
1/2 tsp (3 ml) ground sage
1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
Directions
Chop nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) uncovered for 1 hour or until done.
