| 7 Grain Cereal | ||
| Soy milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Wheat germ | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canola oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sea salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground sage | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Chop nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
