 7 Grain Cereal
 Soy milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Wheat germ3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canola oil4 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon

 Parsley4 Tablespoon, minced

 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Chop nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) uncovered for 1 hour or until done.
