7-Grain Corn Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups (480 ml) | ||
| 7 Grain Cereal, cooked | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maple syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sea salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oatmeal | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yellow cornmeal | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients in blender until very smooth.
Mix cornmeal in with a spoon.
Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-45 minutes.
