7-Grain Corn Muffins Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making 7-grain Corn Muffins which I was taught by my family elders. 7-grain Corn Muffins goes perfectly as Breakfast. You don't need to think more. Just prepare this 7-grain Corn Muffins now!
Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml)
7 Grain Cereal, cooked
2 cups (480 1) water
2 tbs (30 ml) maple syrup
2 tbs (30 ml) Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 tsp (10 ml) sea salt, optional
1/4 cup (60 ml) Original Instant Oatmeal
2 cups (480 ml) Yellow Cornmeal
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients in blender until very smooth.
Mix cornmeal in with a spoon.
Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-45 minutes.
