5 Minute Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk | ||
| Sugar | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine milk, sugar, and 1II teaspoon salt over medium heat.
Bring to boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly (timing starts when bubbles form around edge of pan).
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows, chocolate pieces and vanilla.
Stir until marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour into 8x8 pan.
Cool until firm.
Cut into squares.
