5 Ingredient Baked Stuffed Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients

| 8 ounces back-fin or lump crabmeat, picked over | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain breadcrumbs | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |

| 24 peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp (about 2 pounds), butterflied (split nearly in half lengthwise) | ||
| Lemon wedges, for serving | ||
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise, and breadcrumbs. Season with pepper and stir with a fork until well blended.
3. Arrange shrimp cut-side down on prepared baking sheet with tails curved over the top. Stuff 1 generous tablespoon of crab mixture into the center of each shrimp curl. Bake until shrimp are pink and firm and stuffing is hot, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
