Avocado - 1
 
Guacamole Mix - 1/2 pack
 
Salsa
 
Refried or baked beans - 1 can
 
Chopped lettuce
 
Scallions - 4
 
Tortilla chips - 1 bag
 
Four Cheese Mexican Mix - 1 pack
 
Taco Seasoning - 2 tbsp
 
Sour Cream - a few dollops

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp.
2 Mash the pulp using a fork.
3 Add in the Guacamole mix a little at a time and mix well to combine with the avocado pulp.
4 Combine the taco seasoning with refried beans and mix well.
5 Finely cut the scallions and lettuce.

MAKING
6 In a large glass dish, spread an even layer of refried beans.
7 Spread a thin layer of prepared guacamole over the refried beans.
8 Cover the guacamole with an even layer of salsa.
9 Sprinkle chopped lettuce and scallions over salsa to form another layer.
10 You can refrigerate the dip at this stage.

SERVING
11 Sprinkle a layer of cheese just before serving along with a few dollops of sour cream.
