4 Layer Delight Recipe

Ingredients
Crust:
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick margarine
Second Layer:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Third Layer:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-0 instant pudding (any flavor you choose)
3 c. cold milk
Fourth Layer:
More Cool Whip
Grated lemon rind, chopped nuts or toasted coconut (optional garnish)
Directions
Crust: Mix together; pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Set aside to cool.
Second Layer: Beat until creamy; spread over cool crust.
Third Layer: Prepare and pour over second layer.
Fourth Layer: Top with more Cool Whip.
You may garnish the topping with grated lemon rind, chopped nuts or toasted coconut.
