Ingredients

 
1/2 cup besan or chick pea flour
 
1tsp salt
 
1tsp grated ginger
 
1/2cup oil & water
 
1tsp eno or baking soda
 
For garnishing;
 
Few sprigs of coriander
 
Few red chillies
 
1tsp mustard and 1/2tsp jeera seeds
 
Grated coconut
 
1/2cup water mixed with 1 tsp sugar

Directions

Mix the besan, 1tsp of oil, grated ginger and salt. Mix it with eno and water.
Mix all the ingredients properly without making any lumps.
Take a microwave dish and line it with little oil.
Pour the mixture into the dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, your dhokla will be ready. You can cut it into desired shapes.

For tempering:
Take 1 tbsp of oil and heat it. Add mustard and jeera seeds. You can also add red chillies or green chillies. Add this tempering on the dhokla.
Garnish the dhokla with coconut and coriander.
If you want to have little wet dhokla, you can add sugar syrup and wait for 2 minutes till the sugar gets absorbed into the dhokla.
Eat the dhokla with green chutney.
