Ingredients

 
1 1/2-2 pounds frozen halibut steaks
 
1 /4 cup evaporated milk
 
3 tablespoons bottled dark steak sauce
 
3/4 cup crushed crackers
 
6 small impeded potatoes, quartered
 
1/4 cup salad oil Salt to taste
 
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
 
1/4 cup butter or margarine
 
1 1/2 cups Mustard Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Spread halibut in foil-lined pan, mix evaporated milk and steak sauce, and spread over fish.
Sprinkle with crackers.
Dry potato quarters, and dip in salad oil.
Sprinkle generously with salt, and arrange in second baking dish.
Unwrap frozen vegetables, and place on 2 squares of heavy-duty foil.
Sprinkle with salt, and top each with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Wrap each block separately, to be airtight.
Set potatoes and vegetables in oven, and bake 20 minutes.
Turn vegetable packages over; put pan of fish in oven.
Continue baking 25 minutes.
Serve fish steaks, mixed vegetables and potatoes on individual plates, and pass Mustard Sauce.
