30 Second Starter Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked salmon OR Smoked trout - 120 grams | ||
| Fromage frais - 175 milliliters | ||
| Dill sprig | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Fresh root ginger - 2 or 3 slivers | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In case smoked trout is being used, skin the fish and take all the flesh off the bones.
2) In a food processor, put all the ingredients and process.
SERVING
3) Serve the 30 Second Starter as an appetizer with hot toast. Makes a really good dip as well.
