3 green salad with cranberry vinaigrette is a fresh salad made with leafy greens. Dressed with a herbed vinaigrette dressing flavored with ground cranberries, the 3 green salad also has a hint of garlic to it. Left to mingle the flavors, the green salad with cranberry vinaigrette is tossed to serve with bean sprouts and slivered cabbage garnish.
Ingredients
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head romaine
1 pound (or bag) fresh spinach
1 cup bottled oil and vinegar dressing
1/2 cup ground cranberries
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 clove garlic, crushed
Red cabbage slivers, cut paper thin, for garnish
Bean sprouts for garnish
Directions
Clean greens, removing tough stems or ribs and tearing into bite-sized pieces.
Combine greens in large bowl; cover and refrigerate.
Mix dressing, cranberries, tarragon and garlic in a covered jar.
Allow to steep for at least 2 hours, then toss with greens.
Garnish with cabbage and sprouts.
