3 Egg Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tbsp (50 mL) sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
€¢ Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix all together.
€¢ Butter generously a 9-inch (23 cm) ceramic pie plate and pour in the egg mixture.
€¢ Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 2 minutes at MEDIUM.
€¢ Stir lightly, moving the outer portions of the omelette to the centre of the plate.
€¢ Microwave another 2 minutes at MEDIUM.
€¢ Place your choice of filling or sauce in the middle and fold the omelette over.
€¢ Microwave 30 seconds more at MEDIUM-LOW.
