I'm the Executive Chef and Owner of RC's Briskethouse in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. We're known to have the best ribs in Oklahoma. this year i started creating Episodes of my new cooking show titled Smokin Chefs, I wanted to show everyone who has a passion for cooking, that you don't have to be an Executive Chef to create great food. also that you can fix fancy 50.00 dishes on a budget.
I currently run my bussiness out of my home in Sapulpa, Still looking for investors So i can get away from having to do that but i guess you gotta do what you can when your starting out. anyway .....
My episodes are fun and helpful at the same time, sure i could fix all of those expensive dishes that need an extensive knowledge of terms and methods and all that other jazz, but.... then my show would be like every other show out there. but i want to bring something different and refreshing to the culinary world.
I hope everyone enjoys Smokin Chefs we currently have three episodes which i'll be uploading soon. each episode is 30 minutes long and packed full of fun and information so that anyone can create wonderful meals easily. so sit back kick off your shoes and enjoy and as always you can count on RC's to keep it real.
