ya how i discrip myself... well iam rajesh(tiger in kitchen).i did B.H.M. in j.j collage of arts and science.. tamil nadu.. india... now iam working in canada... edmonton... in  sawmill steak and primerib house.. iam in broiler... hell ... life is goes on broiler... as soon as i like 2 cook steaks.. in a busy time at same time i have 2 cook 30-40 steaks.. deferant kind steaks various Ozs... ya life in broiler.. well i know some  some indian food.. as well as some conti food.. and cooking steaks .. i will post all stuff whean i have time... my only one ambition of my life i wanna be famous chef in the world ... i hope i ll .......
