hi thr,Not was much interested in Kitchen...but on the slow fire...i have felt in love with some of the vegetables...I have got great TASTE-BUDS...that means i love to taste n try different food receipes..Also been a Hotel Management graduate...the BASICS of food comes much easily to me..i m here to explore..express..new fine dishes...some created by thyself...n some to be experienced...that what others cook..MY TIP:-O.G.G.paste (onion garlic ginger)..is the thumb rule for indian cuisine..
